 Mission Objectives

Cash Flow Management Getting money to customers faster by turning over trust payments quickly and issuing trust payment checks every week. Promptness Legal service and enforcement that is usually executed in a fast and expeditious manner. When necessary, Agency personnel will work nights, weekends and, in some circumstances, even holidays. Efficiency Utilizing the authority and access that the Agency as a law enforcement agency possesses to complete service and execution with minimal repeated work calls and utilizing Continual Improvement Process and Best Practice Management to analyze production and challenge the Agency workforce to work smarter and faster, while giving them the tools and direction to do so. Professionalism Ensuring that civil service and civil enforcement performed on behalf of litigants is courteous and professional, using professionally trained and uniformed officers, and at all times be cognizant that the behavior of Agency personnel can impact the customers’ reputation. Compliance As a Government Civil Law Enforcement Agency to ensure that legal documents are properly served or enforced and that all requisite document control meets statutory requirements, and the business needs of customers.

 Mission Strategy

Support other constables in Nevada, especially small offices that need technical advice and assistance. Support other county and state agencies by providing assistance and support in delivering their own specialized services to the public. Fill a niche role throughout Clark County in the provision of complex civil operations and offer technical advice in this role to other Nevada counties. . Support civil operations in other states with both legislative analysis and support as well as methods and procedures analysis to help develop better policies and procedures.
