ENFORCEMENT OF CIVIL ORDERS

Our officers provide commercial enforcement in all townships across Clark County. We have a dedicated squad specially trained and experienced in the field of Complex Civil Enforcement Operations. We enforce  commercial evictions, civil bench warrants, cash keepers, till taps, and other property seizures and public auctions.

We do not conduct residential evictions outside Laughlin or Searchlight Townships.
